Creative Europe Programme 2025 Call for European Cooperation Projects Now Open

The European Commission has officially launched the Creative Europe 2025 – European Cooperation Projects call (CREA-CULT-2025-COOP), opening up new funding opportunities for cultural and creative organisations across Europe!

With a total budget of €59.98 million, this call aims to strengthen cross-border collaboration, across three funding categories.

Small-scale projects (CREA-CULT-2025-COOP-1) can receive up to €200,000 with an 80% funding rate, Medium-scale initiatives (CREA-CULT-2025-COOP-2) are eligible for up to €1,000,000 at a 70% funding rate, and Large-scale projects (CREA-CULT-2025-COOP-3) may access up to €2,000,000 with a 60% funding rate.

Eligible applicants include public and private organisations active in the cultural and creative sectors (excluding projects solely in the audiovisual field). All project proposals must involve a minimum consortium of international partners. For small-scale projects, consortia must include at least 3 partners from 3 different eligible countries, while medium-scale proposals require 5 organizations from 5 countries, and large-scale applications demand a partnership of 10 partners across 10 countries. Organizations are permitted to participate in a maximum of three applications across all categories, whether as a coordinator or partner, but exceeding this limit will invalidate all associated submissions.

Proposals must focus on one of the two core objectives transnational creation and circulation of European works and artists or fostering innovation and must align with EU Overarching Priorities, including Green transition, Digital transformation, Inclusion and gender equality and “Support for Ukraine”

Projects must be submitted by 13 May 2025 at 17:00 CET.

Synergy European may support you during the entire process of Project development, consortium building and application submission.
