font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.25; margin-bottom: 0px; color: #164194; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-weight: 400;\">The call is addressed primarily to city administrations that are willing to work with other European cities to develop and implement Integrated Action Plans to respond to their local challenges.<\/p><p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.25; margin-bottom: 0px; color: #164194; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-weight: 400;\">Cities and other public bodies from the Member States and Partner States (Norway and Switzerland) of the European Union, as well as countries benefitting from the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia) are eligible to receiving funding for their participation in Action Planning Networks.<\/p><p style=\"box-sizing: inherit;
